Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Image to PDF Files Converter by AMIRANI JOKHADZE ("we", "us", or "our") iPhone and iPad application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
When a user requests a refund for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with information regarding the usage of that purchase. This can include details like the time since installation, total app usage, the anonymous account identifier, whether the purchase was fully used, if a trial period was included, as well as the total amount spent and refunded.
1. License
AMIRANI JOKHADZE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App.
2. User Content
You may have the opportunity to submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to AMIRANI JOKHADZE ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant AMIRANI JOKHADZE a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the operation of the App and AMIRANI JOKHADZE's business.
3. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to AMIRANI JOKHADZE's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how AMIRANI JOKHADZE collects, uses, and shares your information.
4. Analytics and Advertising
AMIRANI JOKHADZE may use Firebase Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to collect analytics data and serve advertisements within the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information for analytics and advertising purposes as described in AMIRANI JOKHADZE's Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of AMIRANI JOKHADZE or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the App without the prior written consent of AMIRANI JOKHADZE.
6. Termination
AMIRANI JOKHADZE may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that AMIRANI JOKHADZE determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the App or its users.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AMIRANI JOKHADZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL AMIRANI JOKHADZE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF AMIRANI JOKHADZE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL AMIRANI JOKHADZE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE APP.
